Full bloom

The clematis is now at its peak and covers the boundary wall viewed from our kitchen. It is the same every year, but it never fails to thrill.
Thank you for your good wishes for my hospital check up. It was a nine week review after my hip replacement. I saw the surgeon and he asked me how it was. I told him it was fine which he accepted after checking the x-Ray. End of consultation!
As for the Camera Club, I guess their visit was abandoned as we had torrential downpours this afternoon.
