You've come a long way, babe!

As I'm sorting through the stuff from our now sold house, I came across this item: it's the suitcase that held all my worldly possessions as I came to the U.S. 36 years ago to start a year as a foreign exchange student.  Little did I know that I'd end up meeting my husband and reconstructing my life on this side of the great pond :)  

From one suitcase and a wide-eye young chick to a 300sf warehouse full of stuff. Not so young anymore but I'd like to think I'm still wide-eyed about most things in life :)
