Apple Blossom in the Garden
Haven't caught up with myself yet since the return from holiday, so the blip is really last minute, caught in the evening what was a very wet, dark day.
The apple trees over the fence in the school garden are rampant with blossom. Our Bramley is looking a bit sorry for itself.
Note the dead acer at the bottom of the photo. I'm quite sad that it has given up the ghost, although there may be a sapling at the base of the tree. Have urged Len to cut it down as it looks to me the 'sickness' it's suffered from is traveling down the trunk.
