Derelict Sunday 29

At the back of the craft shop where I do my classes there is an area of waste ground.  I have seen this brickwork for years now but taken it for granted.  However, with blips now at the front of my mind I have thought for a while that it would make an entry for Derelict Sunday.  I am assuming that this was a building once upon a time, but I have no idea what it's purpose was;.
