International nurses day

Hope all the nurses in the world feel valued today.
I'm feeling so tired today that after my Skype Laughter session I plan to go straight to bed. I don't do tired very well and end up feeling down in the dumps and seem to notice my various aches and pains more. My knee is very painful and testament to the miles of walking I've done as a nurse - the most notable of these were up and down the passages of the new Groote Schuur hospital.
