I have to keep repeating that word as I walk past some pieces of art. Art that doesn't appeal to me is usually referred to as a "load of ....." Sorry there are ladies present and I don't use words like that in a public forum. This is a Francis Bacon and no doubt worth a fortune but give me a Van Dyck any day. Clearly there is no right or wrong which is what makes strolling around a gallery with people you love and respect great fun. Fortunately with London being so close I'm fortunate that I've done this on many occasion.
