Leftovers

.... Katie couldnt eat the whole cookie that was the size of her head from yesterday, so she saved it for pudding tonight. 

She was excited tonight after swimming as I went to see her very first swim teacher who is now in charge of re-enrolments and stuff. She cleared Katie for passing Grade 7 and said she could join aqua skills - the sessions that they offer for children who either don't want to join pre-competitive swimming, are too young or maybe who's parents want them to keep swimming but for fun. Its snorkelling, flippers, water polo etc. Katie was quite keen to continue on to Grade 8 but the times and targets they have to work at are set for around 8 and 9 year olds and I don't want her pushed that hard, but she seems little to be stopping swim lessons totally, plus is too young for Rookie lifeguard, which leaves us with Aqua Skills. She's excited as several of her bigger friends are in it/joining this time.
