Library Steps

Walk through Munich on my way home.

In the morning I brought my husband to the hospital for some tests - so far no results.

In the afternoon accompanied my sister-in-law to the hospital for her op tomorrow.

Spent lots of time in hospitals and was glad to be able to return home on foot, walking felt good.

This shot of the steps of the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Bavarian State Libraray, was taken with my smartphone. An interesting tidbit of information: This library contains the world's oldest alphabetical subject catalogue: the "Schrettinger catalogue". It has just recently been digitalized.
