Fit bit love
My first day with my fit bit, was aiming for 6000 steps on a week day (I have a desk job) and 12000 on a week, decided to do the recommended 10,000 on a week day. Yes it means I can't sit and watch tv or aimlessly shop online but who cares, I'd rather be skinny!
Weekend targets are 13,500-15,000 depending on the weather and if Tim is working!
