Iris Blue

A nice reliable bulbous iris which has featured here before :-)

While having a child-free home for a few hours each day is still a novelty, we are beginning to do some of the jobs that have been sidelined over the last years.  Today saw the newly washed kitchen curtains re-hung, their first ever wash ..... is Eighteen years a record?

Allotment and garden saw a little action today with both J & I inspecting the emerging asparagus shoots.  The book says leave them two years before starting to cut so we are planning a salmon and asparagus quiche .... for this time next year!
