I don't really know what to do about this. I have personally spoken to the neighbour in 1310 PRW but got an earful of vicious abuse. She insists that she picks up her dog's shit - but here is the clear evidence that she only does it when she can be bothered.

My downstairs neighbour even has to sweep the shit away if he wants to cut the grass.

I have spoken to the council's anti-fouling people who seem very earnest about doing something, but nothing seems to happen. Letters go out, visits are made, I am assured.

But here we are. Approaching a month of doing this and every day with dog shit on our shared path.

Any ideas?
