Normal walk with the ladies - without a coat - around St Ives - at 7.30am - lots of new life on Coppice Pond

Delightful walk into Bingley this afternoon - the birds were singing - the sun was shining - and lots of blossom and colour on the trees - for some fresh veg - bought a new rucksack as well - all from Aldi

Returned home on the bus - no point lugging shopping uphill when you've got a free bus pass
