Mare and foal

We came across this two week old foal while out on an 8 mile walk with the local walking group.  It was a wetter start to the walk than anticipated and we trudged up and down hills along some beautiful coastal paths but with rain or haze obscuring the views.  Fortunately it stopped raining by lunchtime and we could then appreciate the views on our return.  Teas and coffees were had at Branscombe and then a stop for ice cream at Beer so we were well rewarded for our efforts.
