We went for a gentle spin.

I was awake half the night in excruciating pain from my shoulders to my toes on the left side. Got up and took a couple of nurofen, then had what can only be described as a funny turn, went back to bed for 45 minutes... after which I positively sprung out of bed, although I do feel distinctly odd. I think my body must have gone into shock after yesterday's osteo, roll on Tuesday for the next one.
