Teaching isn't for Everyone

One of our trainees withdrew today after teaching her first 30 min lesson yesterday. Actually she only taught 20' and looked terrified the whole time, poor thing.  She talked to us this morning and said she had made up her mind that teaching wasn't for her and told us, 'I really don't want to be here'. We asked her if she'd like to see week 1 through and that would mean teaching another 40' lesson and giving it another go,  but she wouldn't re-consider. Fair enough.  It's a lot of money to lose though.
