Asparagus season

Asapargus season has arrived! My favourite time of year (not just for the asparagus, I love Spring generally). Hubby and I honeymooned in Germany and everywhere we went, the restaurants all had asparagus specific menus. They also eat a lot of the forced white asparagus, which you don't really see here.

I'm getting lazy with scanning my instant photos... This was edited in-camera using the raw processing feature, then transferred to my iPad using wifi and uploaded to Blip.
