Day 17 Building works

A couple of you have asked how the building work is going. Well this is the end of today, day 17. Due to bank hols and waiting for deliveries a few days have been lost but the guys are making good progress. We like the fact we can stand in it now and see the shape and I do like the way the bradstone brick has been laid to fit into the style of the house. That end wall is up to window level now and if you see the black material on the long wall - that marks each end of the bi-fold doors, three metres.  I feel very encouraged by the solid foundations and the amount of insulation and the building inspector has been happy so far.
