W has been busy

I left the house at about 1pm to go a meeting, and when I returned, W had dug out these 2 flower beds.  He has no concept of taking things gently - it's all or nothing!  

Now I have to decide which of the many plants we bought yesterday (see extra) to put in these beds.  And I'm responsible for weeding!

Whilst the field next door is nice for many reasons, it does have the disadvantage of providing an endless supply of nettles, bracken and dandelions.
