Busy Friday

Sometimes we pack so much into a school day, it's a wonder that the children have any energy left! Today is was the inaugural House Music Competition. It was fantastic, every child was involved and they were all incredibly supportive of everyone else.
After work, it was off to see my personal trainer. She has obviously renewed her subscription to Sadists Weekly as today's session was particularly torturous. I have a feeling I will ache on my aches tomorrow.
