Chasing tails..

Seriously, as if looking after a family of six with two pets isn't enough!

I can't think of anything more fun than chasing the tails of companies who are happy take money but aren't prepared to do anything for it! At one point today, I genuinely asked the person on the other end of my telephone conversation what it was exactly that I was paying them for?!?

Tomorrow's a new day and a weekend of family time.
