Raptor Viewpoint

A small car park and easy access path lead to the Raptor Viewpoint. This gives fine views over Troutsdale for birdwatching. The site is located high high above a valley in an area that is regularly used by passing birds of prey. There are seats at the site. A 'log' of sightings is maintained in a box on the end of one of the seats. Its a beautiful place, and Forrest, there's also a mushroom walk which is down the track to the view point. We come to this Forrest once or twice a month, there are hundreds of walks and its so peaceful, just what I like. Its a scorcher of a day im red hot and Dave's out planting. There's a farm on the way in to wykeham Forrest and they had loads of plants out for sale, we spent a tena and came back with half a car full BONUS! Well its weigh day tomoz I will let you all in on my loss tomoz. enjoy the sun & the rest of your day if you want to know more check this out >raptor
