The Hill

Made it to St. Louis and our daughter who we haven't seen in eight months. Of course, we had to go out to dinner to celebrate our reunion. We visit the Hill area, which is the Italian section of town. All the fire hydrants are painted in the colors of the Italian flag and this stature honoring the immigrants stood outside this impressive church (St. Ambrose according to Google Maps). It will be a short four day stay and then it is on to visit our other child in Seattle while Kelsey stays behind to work on her Master's project for six weeks.
