People make Glasgow

The Glasgow City Chambers basked in evening sunlight as I made my way to my second concert of the week, this time with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. It was a wonderful concert: the Sibelius violin concerto and Beethoven's 'Eroica'. But I think the City Chambers are pretty wonderful too. Magnificent on the outside and even more so inside with Italian marble staircases and a glorious banqueting hall. Worth a visit!

Cara is with me but being looked after by Lorna while I get some 'me time'!
