Into the Light

What a glorious day! It has been breezy but fine and sunny. And so warm. It is hard to believe that we are only a couple of weeks away from winter. I try to avoid making images in the middle of the day when the light can be very challenging but this view was irresistible. I was driving back to town from the Taylor Dam and pulled up on the side of the road to admire and photograph the vista. The mountains in the distance are part of the Richmond Range and the golden area in the foreground is the Gateway Vineyard abutting Meadowbank Station.
