Skaters

Well, what a day we had! Many of us, locals and friends of locals, have been campaigning for somewhere to hang out and skate. Since the mid 70's. The local council couldn't be bothered.Wouldn't even entertain the idea, until a couple of years ago, and with renewed energy the whole town pushed hard to see it happen. Now Lyme finally has a skatepark, and now an opening day for it! Had to take my lad to it, and was told there was free food, so we promptly went along and I made the most of it, even taking a few pictures ;)
