Cormorant on the Clyde

An early trip into town this morning .... needed to buy some birthday cards and a present for a pal.

As I walked across the Suspension Bridge, taking photos as I went, I met a lovely gentleman who told me where, along the Clyde Walkway I could see the cormorants. Not quite the direction I had planned to walk but I couldn't miss the opportunity of some bird watching! Sure enough there was one of these majestic birds just sitting on the old jetty.
