I can't hear music but things are looking brighter

TODAY:

We today was nice... been getting everything back to normal after the last week. 

Also i must admit I've fallen off the wagon slightly on the eating front... there are not so many vegan options on the hospital canteen menu. Well I've been shopping today and plan to step back on the wagon again tomorrow.

I got a hairdresser to visit Sarah and try and fix up her very hair, gaps included :-)
