And relax......

My day was spent at One Spa at the Sheraton Hotel today.

This was my second visit and it was as amazing as last time. Hot oil and salt scrub, full body massage, and then, after lunch, I spent the afternoon at Escape @ One....using the Thermal Suite treatments and then, best of all, their rooftop Hydropool. I spent most of my time out there, with the warm jets of water pounding my body while the Edinburgh rain soaked my face and whatever part of my that wasn't under water.....
