Settled Summer's Day

Lovely day!

Looking out over Castle Cornet. The boats are anchored for the night in Havelet bay. Beyond the castle there is a stream of new arrivals coming down the Little Russell. I could see the masts of many sailing vessels arriving from England, Alderney or Cherbourg. The weather is settled for a few days which has been long awaited!
