A kerbside in Milton Keynes

I was on the way to work and, slowing for traffic at a roundabout, I noticed the amazing range of flowers in this grassy edge to the road. I think it must have been deliberately sown with wild flowers. Red and pink poppies, a beautiful blue cornflower, and a purple thing I couldn't identify.
