Another busy day on the beach

You can tell the holidays have started - the beach is filling up. So nice to see everyone enjoying the sun. There are actually people in swimming! This evening the colours in the water were interesting - lots of shades but no clouds in the sky.

I'm now on two weekly visits to chiropractor - things are improving. My neck is still that of an 80 year old but manipulation does seems to have freed up a lot and my walking has improved. I even managed to walk twice round the block without holding on to Mr C for the first time in months. It was only a few weeks ago I was being pushed around in a wheelchair. Not quite miraculous, but my quality of life has improved immeasurably.
