Mock orange blossom

Dog walk, then into the church to do the altar flowers (red and white for Pentecost). This always takes longer than expected - trying to get both vases looking the same!
In the afternoon I tackled the weeds in the little woodland area, and the noises from a nest box told me the blue tits have hatched a family in there again.
So I decided that it might be kinder to leave them in peace!!
Lemon sole and new potatoes for supper, with two green veg and baby corn.
Plenty of sunshine but cool enough to dig and hoe with gusto!
