Meet A Genius

I own a MacBook Pro .It's great but for some reason the charger has been a weak point and to date I 've gone through 7.Rather a lot .Why, we don't know It has caused endless confusion and warranty claims . My last from Berlin and within warranty died last night. Today I went to Apple Manchester and met this young man who sorted everything brilliantly . No fuss and even added it could be due to an electrical error in the system .His solutions are great :) common sense enormous , friendliness full marks . Merriam Webster defines a genius so :-
: a very smart or talented person : a person who has a level of talent or intelligence that is very rare or remarkable
This young man qualifies on all counts .
