St Columba's Chapel

Another lovely bright morning.
We have been so lucky with the weather recently.
No time to lose, grocery shopping over by mid morning, then we got in the car and headed to Southend and, what is rapidly becoming our favourite beach, Carskey Bay.
Not a sole in sight and we had this lovely beach all to ourselves.
The North Antrim coast was a purple smudge on the horizon. (see my extra shots )
After our walk on the beach we headed back stopping at the graveyard at Keil to visit St Columba's chapel, it's my blip for this week's Derelict Sunday.
When we were heading back to the car we noticed that the seals were enjoying the sunny weather. They had hauled themselves out on to the rocks not 20 yards from the cemetery.
Lovely to see them so close :-)
