Surprise from this wee visitor
Imagine if you will a sunny peaceful sunday afternoon. Studying away in the house, only for the peace that befalls you is broken by the shrill screams of your wife somewhere in the confines of the garden.
Well such events occurred today when this wee fella was found to be in our brown garden bin. How he got in there is up for conjecture, but we think he's been in there a wee while.
We think he got in when our bin got knocked over a week or two ago, making it his new home. We did, for the first time this year our grass last week, filling it half full with clippings. Closing the lid as you do.
S came out today, full of beans to do some wee tidy up jobs, opens the lid and boom; fright of her life.
Some crushed cat biscuits and water and this wee fella then decided to bed up for the night! Burrowing into the grass for a kip.
Unfortunately for him we had other plans and have rehoused him in more a more natural arena for a Hedgehog. I don't think he was best pleased with this as he balled up as I picked him up to put him into his chariot for the move.
