Rabid mosquito

S woke up with a small blister on her ankle, this after yesterday saying..."ouch something just bit me"... so we naturally thought something orrible n nasty bit her. I put a plaster on thinking it would atleast stop any infection. Later this mornig I got an E-mail saying her ankle was swollen and hot and the blister had got so big it had burst.... ewwwww! Anyway an urgent call to the Doc's office got her an appointment with the nurse, long story short, it seems S got bitten by a mosquito lacking a bathing routine which has given her an infection. Course of antibiotics. So we had a snack of our precious Biltong to lift her spirits.
