A humphy-backit heron .....

..... not standing by the waterside but standing on the branch of a tree.  

L and I had a visit in Victoria Park this morning before going to visit a friend in Bearsden. I haven't visited that park for ages.  Plenty of swans but only one female on a nest.  There were two herons at the pond .... I hope they're not thinking what I'm thinking!
