Hakone Matsuri

Apparently there is tiny hidden park in Saratoga California where it's a giant zen garden and the festival was sponsored by the Japanese consulate so they spared no dime and it was actually ran by Japanese people including good street good none of that food truck junk. The event was free but if you got there early enough you could of enjoyed it a bit crowd free.
