Last Pine Standing

.... on this side of the Nant Valley, the avalanched slopes bearing testimony to what happened to the rest. Lower in the valley, the more flexible larch trees stand a better chance of survival. Another beautiful walk up this valley with celebration blueberry pie for lunch (thank you Hibou) as I found my battery next to rock where yesterday's extra photo of the drops was taken! Phew!
