In the pink

Couldn't resist the cherry trees in the Meadows in Edinburgh. I once went to a wedding in the south of England at the beginning of February and the cherry trees were in full blossom. Here they are 3 months later this year. Usually they are in bloom in time for the April storms to blow them all off! Wonder how long they will last this year. The daffodils have been on the go for months because of the cold weather?
