Buttercup Meadow

Back to earth today and catching up with back blips and washing. 

Although we had walked a lot in London we both felt the need to fit in some exercise. So Richard took a very hyper dog (who had been in kennels) for a run and I got on my bike. Decided not to take the camera but focus on cycling for a change.

Later in the afternoon took Jet out to reacquaint himself with his territory of woods and fields. I particularly liked the view up the valley towards Swainsea Lane although I do hope the recumbent cattle does not lead to a change in the weather.
