Filling the gaps

I have, once again, allowed a big gap in my journal to appear.
I have taken pictures each day,
mostly with my camera, yet the small effort of transferring them to the site has been a step too far.
The small effort of resisting a
doughnut was also too great. Though I knew even before the first bite that I would find it too sweet, that the sugar spike would mess With my mind, that I would do better to say no.
