Name that flower

I've forgotten what this is.  I know that my sister knows.

Having worked so hard yesterday I ached this morning so I've worked from home.

I worked with the windows open and I could hear the birds singing.  Such a joyous sound.

And then because I didn't have the long commute I've given the bathroom walls another coat of paint.  Its looking much better now but I need to paint the bathroom windows and that will require lots of preparation.
