Mono Monday : : Wayside Distraction

It was particularly tempting this morning to escape to the craft store across the road from Flying Goat Coffee. It is getting more and more difficult get away from the endless stories on the radio, on the television and in the newspaper, which I was reading over my coffee, about Donald Trump and what a horrible person he is. None of it seems to have any effect on his 'popularity'. I think instead of viewing him as a reality television personality, how badly he treats women, immigrants, and just about everyone else, we should be questioning his judgement and  ability to run the country. It's one thing to say he shoots from the hip and 'says it like it is' and it's another to think about the ability of a man who changes positions twice while answering a single question to run the country. If it weren't so scary it would be comical.

The craft store can be depended on to be free of politics, and filled with beautiful things to look at and nice people.
