Juvenal

Juvenal was a Roman satirist writing in the late first/early second century.

I like this because it is a triumph of form over substance - the font could only be a reference to things classical.    And it would be a very hard job to translate this now, 50 years after a mediocre Higher Latin.

Juvenal wrote (elsewhere)
"whatever men do – prayer, fear, rage, pleasure
joy, running about – is the gist of my little book. "

And really the gist of our little life I suppose !
