Turbulent seas.

Rough turbulent seas,
Being whipped up by gale force winds,
A bumpy crossing.


The Cook Strait between our north and south islands has the reputation of often being quite rough. Today was one such day.... and we were out there ! Some of the ferry crossings were cancelled today, but not ours. Feeling a tad queasy when we got to Wellington after 4 hours out there.
