Some days...

Some days are spent in twenty minute meetings that last three hours.
Some days are spent being two hours late for lunch because it just won't work.
Some days the bit of kit you've been waiting for is grabbed by someone else before you can get your hands on it.
Some days you get home to discover the freezer door wasn't shut properly everything's defrosted.
Some days you get toto the shop and throw a bottle on the floor because it just caught the shelf wrong and slipped.
Some days you get to the till and just as you're about to pay you remember the one thing you need for tomorrow.
Some days there's no ice for the Gin and Tonic.

Some days start watching a baby shetland pony and end with a couple of phone call to people who really matter.
Some days that's more than enough.
