Acupuncture again today - and yet again I fell asleep with all the needles in me! It is just so relaxing. I walked home along the busway beside Dunstable downs. The only real mar on its beauty - apart from an occasional bus- are the pylons at the foot of the downs. Apart from that it was such a pleasure walking.
This evening we drove up to Stopsley - where I grew up - and walked along Butterfield Green Lane passing through all the beautiful countryside and fields. A fab walk.
