Garden outside my office at the Open University
Two years ago this was the site of one of the original OU buildings, built in the late 60s, condemned and demolished in 2010/11, now a wonderful garden. Eight years ago this would have been clusters of bedding plants to rival Eastbourne or Bognor; now, with a more adventurous gardening approach, it is landscape-scale bands of colour and texture and movement, a joy to walk past every day and great for wildlife.
