I'm watching you!

The safety chain on Clickychick's watch needed attention so it was a run up to Carlisle to drop it off on the man who was our "jobber" when we had the jewellers.  A quick visit to a charity to drop off some not now needed equipment that they could reissue and then guess what.

A garden centre of course!  We made our way north to Houghton.  The first stop was at the bottom of the car park to check on the Swan's nest and see if we could spot the Terrapins.  Swan's nest was doing fine the Pen sitting tight and unconcerned by us.  Not a Terrapin to be seen.

The cob however was another matter, he spotted us and made his way across and positioned himself just the other side of the reeds from us and watched very carefully until we moved on.  An enjoyable wander round and of course our free cup of coffee and we were off.
